We charge 50% of what we save you annually. Sales tax of 13% is added to this amount.
You can pay the amount as a one-time fee or split it over 12 months.
If you choose a one-time fee, your invoice will be one payment.
If you choose to split your payment over 12 months, your invoice will reflect the first month, which will be billed immediately. It will automatically be re-billed every month on the same day for the following 11 months.
Payment methods we accept: credit card.
Once your order is complete we will send you an email with a link to securely complete your payment.
Monthly savings
Pricing is calculated based on the difference of the total amount of your previous most recent monthly bill less the total amount your new bill after we are finished. This amount is multiplied by 12 to get your annual savings. We charge 50% of this amount.
EXAMPLE: Your original bill was $200/month, and your new bill is $150/month. This is a savings of $50/month, multiplied by 12 is a $600 annual savings. We charge 50% of that, so $300 (+tax).
One-time credit or refund
Sometimes a provider may give a one-time credit or refund towards your bill in addition to monthly savings. In this case we will add this amount to your total annual savings and therefore charge 50% of the credited or refunded amount in addition to the monthly savings.
EXAMPLE: Your original bill was $200/month, and your new bill is $150/month. Additionally, your provider has given you a one-time $100 promotional credit. This is a monthly savings of $50/month, multiplied by 12 is a $600 annual savings. Add the $100 promotional credit and it becomes $700 annual savings. We charge 50% of that, so $350 (+tax).
Monthly credits
Sometimes a provider may give a monthly credit or refund towards your bill in addition to regular monthly savings. Typically this is applied evenly to the total monthly amount and it will not affect our billing. In the even that it is applied unevenly, or for a period different than one year, we will take the savings from the credit over the first year and charge 50% of that in addition to your monthly savings.
EXAMPLE: Your original bill was $200/month, and your new bill is $150/month. Additionally, your provider has given you a credit of $40/month for the first 6 months. This is a monthly savings of $50/month, multiplied by 12 is a $600 annual savings. Add the $40/month credit multiplied by the number of months (6 months) to get an additional annual savings of $240. That makes $840 annual savings. We charge 50% of that, so $420 (+tax).
Different billing for the first month
Sometimes a provider may apply your discount to the remainder of your bill for the current month (sometimes called a ‘pro-rated’ discount). This would mean your first bill with the changes would be different than the subsequent 11 “normal” bills. In this case we would take the difference of the first bill from your original bill and add that to the difference of the 11 subsequent bills.
EXAMPLE: Your original bill was $200/month, and your new bill is $150/month. Additionally, the first month your provider has given you a pro-rated discount because you are part way through the month, so your next bill will only be $120. This is a savings of $80 the first month, and then $50/month for the next 11 months. $80 plus $50 multiplied by 11 months is a $630 annual savings. We charge 50% of that, so $315 (+tax).
One-time fees
Sometimes a provider may charge a one-time fee when we change plans. Most of these fees will NOT affect our billing. This includes (but is not limited to) fees for installation, equipment rental, deposits, and setup. None of these fees will be factored into our charge.
One notable exception to this is fees to switch plans. If there is a fee to switch plans such as an early cancellation fee, we will subtract 50% of it from our charge.
EXAMPLE: Your original bill was $200/month, and your new bill is $150/month. However, your provider is charging a one-time fee of $60 for early cancellation. This is a savings of $50/month, multiplied by 12 is a $600 annual savings. We subtract the $60 early cancellation fee, giving us an annual savings of $540. We charge 50% of that, so $270 (+tax).
